Black tea "Darjeeling" AISTCO®

Darjeeling is grown and harvested in the most beautiful region of the Indian Himalayas with unique climatic conditions of the highlands, which slow down the growth of tea leaves and contribute to the acquisition of unusual taste and aromatic qualities: nutmeg, slightly tart taste and pleasant floral aroma.
In Darjeeling, 3 main harvests are carried out, each of which has its own taste:

  1. The first flush is mid and late March;
  2. The second flush is the end of June to the middle of July:
  3. Аutumnals is October and November.

The Darjeeling market accounts for 1% of annual Indian production, with about 500 kg of tea per year per hectare of plantation, which is why producers have focused on the quality of the product, not its quantity.

Recommendations for brewing: to warm up the teapot, fill it by a third with hot water, after 30 seconds drain the water, pour 2 teaspoons of tea on a kettle with a volume of 500 ml with 95 C water, let it brew for 3-5 minutes.
