Green tea "Oolong" AISTCO®

Tea growers over time were able to create a new variety of tea – oolong, having learned to control the phenomenon of oxidation, that is, the transformation of freshly harvested leaves into any kind of tea. The process of processing these teas originates from Fujian Province, to be more precise, from the Wuyishan Mountains and Anxi County. Interestingly, oolongs are partially oxidized and are located between green and black teas. Less oxidized oolongs (green) have in most cases subtle aromas of meadow grasses, flowers and flowering trees, while more (black) ones emit woody notes.

Green tea “Oolong” AISTCO® is distinguished by a mild pleasant taste and floral aroma, which persist even after several brews.

Recommendations for brewing: to warm up the teapot, pre-fill it with a third of hot water, after 30 seconds drain the water, pour 2 teaspoons of tea on a kettle with a volume of 500 ml with water at a temperature of 80-85°C, let it brew for 2-3 minutes.
